The Office Club began as a partnership between two successful PR and recruitment professionals. Their mission is to create a new kind of recruitment consultancy, providing a bespoke service to both clients and candidates. They specialise in recruiting roles in office support, HR, PR and marketing, using their industry knowledge to bridge the gap between promising candidates and busy employers in these popular areas.
With a vision to create a more high-end recruitment service, they needed to translate their ideas into a brand and website that would turn heads in a saturated industry. As opposed to a catch-all approach, The Office Club are targeting long term relationships with both clients and candidates, forming a reputation as the place to go for quality and great pairings.
Branding / Concept, Design & Roll-out
The challenge was to create a recruitment agency brand that appeared somewhat exclusive, that you would be proud to be contacted by.
This balance between professionalism and high-end branding was the theme thoughout and influenced all decisions from typography to colour palette and image treatment. The Office Club was launched to high praise in this department and the founders were delighted with the reception.
To finish this step, we provided the brand guidelines to maintain consistent quality, stationery artwork and a full logo suite for digital and print.
Having developed the brand, we began the creation of the website. The primary brief was to create an online presence that matched the high-end vision and suggestion of exclusivity.
The design follows this theme, adding dynamism through angled layout features and subtle animations with mouse interactions.
We designed and developed the website on WordPress to a sharp deadline, providing a detailed user guide on delivery. A key requirement was full control over content as an ordinary user, which we made sure was a reality - developing a simple but powerful back end to the pages.
Fully integrated with their CRM, the latest job cavancies are pulled and displayed on the site automatically, enabling the website to be a hugely time-efficient asset to The Office Club.
